Successful Sisters Employment Education Workshops

Successful Sisters Employment Education
Workshops are empowering and motivating! With a
series of professional training topics that
include but not limited to, resume writing
techniques, professional communication lectures
and job interview training we are
able to accomplish our goal of restoring hope
with employment education. Educating homeless
women and men on how to obtain jobs by helping
them understand their own best assets, with
educationand resources helps many women and men
in the transition of life become successful and
productive citizens in their community.
Back to School Rallies
The Back to School Rally and The Back Pack Refill are two events held by Goodness and Mercy, Inc to help eliminate inadequate literacy skills in children. We provide back packs and all grade appropriate school supplies to children residing in homeless shelters. The rallies are conducted twice a year once in August at the start of the school year an again in January just after winter break. Our goal is to keep the children motivated, teaching them the importance of education as the hope of their future.
Christmas Celebration
Helping Other People Elevate,
during the Christmas holiday season is our greatest pleasure. Providing gifts for homeless families on Christmas is our
symbol of hope that someone cares.
Seeing the faces of families on Christmas
morning whose hope have been shattered, then
restored by people who care, help keep the
members of Goodness and Mercy serving on behalf
of God’s goodness and mercy. Help us restore
hope in the lives of homeless women on Christmas
